By installing and using RemindMed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What RemindMed is

RemindMed is a personal medication organiser. It helps you record your medicines and remember their times through notifications and alarms.

What RemindMed is not

RemindMed is not a medical device and does not provide healthcare services. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, does not adjust dosages, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. All decisions about your medication should be made with your doctor or pharmacist.

Technical limits you should know about

Reminders depend on your device's operating system. Factors outside our control can delay or prevent an alarm, including:

Do not rely on the app alone for critical medication. Use it as a support, not as the only safeguard.

Your data

Your health data is stored on your device only, encrypted. We have no access to it and cannot recover it. Uninstalling the app, switching devices, or clearing data loses that information permanently. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Subscription

RemindMed can be used free of charge, with limits on the number of profiles, medicines and reminders. The Pro subscription removes those limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to decompile, modify or redistribute the app, nor to use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability or freedom from defects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaerudev is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the app, including missed doses or undelivered reminders.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top indicates the current version, always available on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
